I think the other men think that Lennie is a bit retarded and he acts like a child.  I think  Curley  see  Lennie as a challenge because he want to fight  him, and his jealous of his height. I also thinks they thinks hes weird because he spends so much time with the pups.

Creative Writing Due Wed.

 

Just another boring day on earth, when a well known explorer came with great news. Every television and radio channels where set to the same show where the explorer told that all trees have started to grow money of some reason. Shortly after this announcement all major cities in the world started to be very full of traffic, everyone where heading for the woods. Few hours later the cities where nearly empty, everyone where in the woods gathering money. There was a war out there in the woods, people was killed just so some others could get more money. After the woods where empty of money people started going back to their homes happier than ever.

The next day people started going to the cities shopping, the problem was that every shop owners/workers where busy shopping as-well. Even the police men have retired so some people took the advantage for robbery, murder and various criminal acts. Someone tried to stop them but was stopped trying. The cities where a complete mess.

In Washington DC many presidents and countries represents for a crisis meeting. They all discussed alternative ways to calm the worlds population and fix the money problem. There where many suggestions but they all agreed on one of them that was about banning all the paper money and only use coins instead. All countries decided to use euro for coins, when people heard about this they wanted their jobs back and most of them did. After a few years all the paper money that grew on trees wasnt worth a thing, and everything was like normal.

Revenge in Iraq

It was a late Thursday night, I had the night shift. I was very tiered and struggled to stay awake, so I started to walk around the base next to the fence. When i have walked around the base I saw my friend Shawn, we where both in need for a toilet so we walked over to the outdoor toilets. We went into each our toilet and sat there some few seconds before I heard a noise from Shawn’s toilet, I went out and asked if everything was ok. No answer, suddently I felt someone grabbing me from the behind and laid me down on the ground then I saw the back of a AK-47 coming fast towards my forehead, it gets dark…

I woke up in an old cellar, it smelled bad and there was dried blood on the walls. Then I saw Shawn sitting next to me, we where both stuck in some chains in the wall. Shawn said we where taken by some Iraq soldiers, and that we where war prisoners. After a few hours some people came down to the cellar and started asking Shawn some questions about the American army, he denied to answer and the people was mad. They left after torturing Shawn for some time, he didn’t say anything just as he was learned to do. They came down after a few hours again they asked Shawn the same questions over and over again but he refused to answer, they where pissed and suddenly a Iraq soldier takes a gun and shoot him in the head. They didn’t remove the body so I had to sit there for several hours next to my dead friend, suddenly I saw a pin of some kind next to me at the floor. I reached it and started to pick the lock on my hands, and after a long time picking I finally made it. I first took Shawn’s necklace then I  went over to the door and waiter for someone to open it and come down, and after a while he heard some keys outside, he stood up and was ready and when the people came in he attacked them form behind and started to beat the crap out of them. I took their clothes and their weapons, now i had to find my friends killer.

Now I was completely dressed like a Iraq soldier, I went out and blended into the crowd of people. There where many people there so there would be tough to find my friends killer.  I saw a gang of soldiers down the road and started spying on then, none of them where Shawn’s killer. Then I saw a bar further down the road, I started walking to it. And as I taught there was a group of soldiers in there, I saw trough the class looking for the soldier that killed Shawn. Then I saw him middle in the crowd, I felt the rage inside me! I went inside to the bar trying to hide my American face, I stood next to him when I did stab him with a knife. When he fell on the floor everyone in there ran out in panic, and I ran out with them no one saw who it was. After i got my revenge I got back to the military base and told them everything that happened. I got some time of so I went to USA, the first thing I did there was to go to Shawn’s family and give them the necklace. After one month is was back in Iraq serving my country fighting the Iraq soldiers.
